At Get Deals, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return the items within 7 business days from the date your order was received.
Return Conditions
- Damaged or Faulty Items: If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
- Non-Faulty Returns: If the product is in working condition and you simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Opened or Used Items
- Non-Refundable Items: Items such as baby care products, tissues, and similar personal care products cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Restocking Fee: If the item has been opened or used and is not defective, a restocking fee of 15% of the selling price will be applied.
