Non-Faulty Returns: If the product is in working condition and you simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Opened or Used Items
Non-Refundable Items: Items such as baby care products, tissues, and similar personal care products cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Restocking Fee: If the item has been opened or used and is not defective, a restocking fee of 15% of the selling price will be applied.
